Amlenic Suspension

Amlenic Suspension is used to treat a wide variety of bacterial infections. This medication is a penicillin-type antibiotic. It works by stopping the growth of bacteria. This antibiotic treats only bacterial infections. It will not work for viral infections (such as common cold, flu). Unnecessary use or misuse of any antibiotic can lead to its decreased effectiveness. Amoxicillin is also used with other medications to treat stomach/intestinal ulcers caused by the bacteria H. pylori and to prevent the ulcers from returning.

Amlenic Suspension contains Amoxicillin and Potassium Clavulanate Oral Suspension IP.

Uses

1. Amlenic Suspension Tablet is a combination of two medicines, Amoxycillin and Clavulanic Acid, that work together to treat bacterial infections.

2. Amoxycillin works by stopping the growth of bacteria.

3. Clavulanic Acid reduces resistance and enhances the activity of Amoxycillin against bacteria.

4. Amlenic Suspension Tablet can treat many bacterial infections, including ear, sinus, throat, lung, urinary tract, skin, teeth, joints, and bones.

5. It is important to continue taking Amlenic Suspension Tablet as prescribed, even when you feel better, to ensure that all bacteria are killed and do not become resistant.
