Itara is effective in Broad spectrum Antifungal and effective as Anti-fungal & for Candida Infections.
Each Itara 200 capsule contains Itraconazole 200mg capsule.

| Indications | Dosage |
| Blastomycosis | Loading Dose: 200mg 3 times a day x 3 days
Maintenance: 200 mg once or twice a day x3 months |
| Histoplasmosis | Loading Dose: 200mg 3 times a day x 3 days
Maintenance: 200 mg once or twice a day x3 months |
| Aspergillosis | Loading Dose: 200mg 3 times a day x3 days
Maintenance: 200 mg once or twice a day x 3 months |
| Oropharyngeal Candidiasis | 200 mg once a day for 3 weeks |
| Esophageal Candidiasis | 200 mg once a day for 3-5 weeks |
| Onychomycosis | 200 mg once a day for 12 weeks (Toe-Nails)
200 mg twice a day for 1 week (Finger Nails) |
| Cryptococcosis | 200 mg twice a day for 6-12 months |
| Vaginal Candidiasis | 200 mg twice daily for 1 day |
| Systemic Fungal Infections | 200 mg twice daily |
| Tinea Versicolor | 200 mg once a day for 7 days |
Dose should be based on the infecting organism and the patients response to therapy hence above dose may vary.
