Pilegon Cream is a combination medicine used for the treatment of piles (hemorrhoids). It relieves the pain, swelling, itching, and discomfort associated with passing of stools in people who suffer this problem in the anal area.

Pilo GO Cream must be used as per doctor’s prescription. It is for external use only. Before using the medicine check the label for directions of use and apply gently on the clean and dry affected area. You should always wash your hands after applying it. Avoid getting it into your eyes or mouth. If accidental exposure occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
There are no major side effects associated with this medicine but can cause application site burning or irritation. Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to it. Let your doctor also know if you are using any other medicines to treat the same condition.

Pilegone contains:

• Neem Oil (Azadirachta Indica) Seeds 10%: Reduces pain and itching. It is used in both internal and external haemorrhoids.
• Karanj Oil (Pongamia Pinnata) Seeds 5%: It is used for piles due to its astringent and anti- inflammatory properties and heal wounds due to its healing and antimicrobial property.
• Ghritakumari (Aloe Vera) Gel 2%: Aloe Vera is known for its soothing topical application, for skin irritations, burns and pain in hemorrhoids. Both glycoproteins and polysaccharides in Aloe Vera strengthen the immune system, boosting the capacity of the body to fend off the Infections around the anus and rectum. Aloe Vera gel has astringent properties. When applied to the site of the hemorrhoids directly, the gel causes a contraction of the tissues that inhibit fluid discharge. The plant also boasts antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties.
• PHITKARI SHUDH (ALUM) Ash 2%: This reduces the blood flow and prevents piles. It also reduces the size of the piles.
• Sudh Gandhak (Sulfur Purified) Powder 2%: In Ayurveda, first it is detoxified to get Shuddha Gandhak, and then given in diseases like hemorrhoids, prolapses and stricture.
• Amba Haldi (Curcuma Amada) Stem 3%; Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties, making it powerful ingredient for hemorrhoids. Assist in healing any fissures that may have developed as a result of the hemorrhoids.
• Kapoor (Cinnamomum Camphora) Stem 1%: Helps to reduce swelling, burning sensation and pain in piles due to its coolant effect. It also helps to accelerate the healing process due to its Ropan healing property.
• Maju (Quercus Infectoria) Fruit 2% Majuphal gives rellef in swelling of pile mass and also controls bleeding because of its Kashaya (astringent) property. Majuphal also reduces burning sensations in the anus and discomfort in piles due to its Sita (cold) nature.
• Satt Pudina (Menthol) Leaves 1%: The soothing menthol component of peppermint oil combined with its anti-inflammatory properties may help to relieve the pressure around your anus and make your bowel movements less painful.
• Sat Ajwain (Thymol) Seeds 0.5%: A component called thymol in ajwain seeds acts as a strong fungicide and germicide. Thus treat infections or cuts.
• Daru Haldi Extract 15%: helps in faster healing due to its healing property.
• Nagkeshar Aqua Extract 15%: It’s topical application helps reduce pain and inflammation as well as preventing skin infections due to its antimicrobial and strong wound healing property.
