| Genital Ulcer Disease (Chancroid) | One Single 1 gm dose |
| Non-gonococcal Urethritis & Cervicitis | One Single 1 gm dose |

| Staphylococcal & Streptococcal skin and soft Tissue Infection | 500 mg as a single dose on day 1 followed by 250 mg up to 5 days |
